THE WINES The wine growing cooperative, "Le Rocche Malatestiane", with its 1200 vine-growers members and its 1000 hectares of hill vineyards, is the main producing and bottling company in the area around Rimini. This cooperative produces the following wine categories: DOC "Colli di Rimini" and DOC "Sangiovese di Romagna", "Trebbiano di Romagna" and "Pagadebit di Romagna". It also produces some wines of the typical geographic location of Rubicone and some valuable table wines.     The cooperative own personnel and equipment carry out the wine production, bottling and marketing processes. Le Rocche Malatesiane has implemented the HACCP protocol for the security of food products and it is ISO 9002 certified.
