COLLI DI RIMINI
BIANCAME
This wine derives from the Biancame grapes grown on the hills of Rimini hinterland. The colour is straw yellow with greenish glares and it has a flowery scent. Due to its fresh, dry and harmonious flavour, it is very good served with shellfish and fish in general, as well as some kinds of soups of the regional cuisines.
SERVING TEMPERATURE 8-9 °C.
VISUAL ANALYSIS - COLOUR Pale straw yellow with some greenish glares.
OLFACTORY ANALYSIS - ODOUR Distinctive scent of this variety. A soft odour intensity and a good persistence. It has flowery and fruity sensations of hawthorn, banana and pear.
GUSTATIVE ANALYSIS - TASTE Dry with a moderate alcoholic sensation, of medium body, fresh and tasty. Balanced, of a good intensity and gustative persistence. Good overall harmony.
FOOD MATCHING
It is good to be served with fish starters, light first courses made of fish and vegetables, cuttlefish with a fumet of fish and peas, stewed and fried fish. It is also good as an aperitif.
