CABERNET SAUVIGNON
"LE ROCCHE"


This wine comes from the noble Cabernet Sauvignon vine grown on the hills of Rimini hinterland.
It is intensely ruby, with an ample distinctive scent, a dry flavour, bodied, sometimes slightly tannic.
It goes well with dishes of red meat, game, mixed grill and mature cheese.
It is recommended to serve it at a temperature of 18/20 °C.
SERVING TEMPERATURE 16-18 °C.
VISUAL ANALYSIS - COLOUR
Intense ruby with purplish glares.
OLFACTORY ANALYSIS - ODOUR
Good intensity and persistence. Flowery, fruity, herbaceous with a scent of violet, forest fruit, blackberry and raspberry, spiced with black pepper and vanilla.
GUSTATIVE ANALYSIS - TASTE
Dry, soft, fresh, slightly tannic, bodied. Good harmony and balance. The taste is intense and persistent.
FOOD MATCHING
First courses with meat sauce made of small pieces of pig's liver, pappardelle (broad noodles) with sausages and mushrooms, slightly spicy stew, rabbit "alla cacciatora" (with peppers and tomato sauce), roast game. Medium ripe caciotta (a soft cheese).
