CHARDONNAY This wine is obtained from the noble Chardonnay vine grown on the hills of Rimini hinterland. It has a fine and delicately fruity scent, a fresh and harmonious flavour. It goes well with starters and first courses made of fish and white meat. It is also excellent as an aperitif. It is best drunk fresh at a temperature of 8-10 °C. |
