GROTTAFRESCA
It is obtained from the blending of rare white grapes grown on the hills of Rimini hinterland.
The colour is pale straw yellow with greenish glares.
The scent is distinctive and fine; the flavour is fresh, bold and harmonious.
It is good with starters made of fish, shellfish, soups and egg-based courses.
Grottafresca is excellent as an aperitif as well.
To be served at 8-10 °C. |
