It is produced by blending the best grapes of "Bombino bianco", a vine of the ancient tradition of Romagna.
VISUAL ANALYSIS - COLOUR
It is pale green with straw yellow glares, it has a delicate and persistent scent and the flavour is pleasant and harmonious with an aftertaste slightly bitterish.
SERVING TEMPERATURE
To be served at 8-12 °C.
FOOD MATCHING
It goes well with all kinds of fish and white meat courses; it is also a pleasant aperitif.
