REBOLA


This wine derives from the Rebola grapes, grown on the hills of Rimini hinterland.
The colour is pale straw yellow, the scent is softly fruity and the flavour is harmonious and soft.
It goes well with starters and fish courses but also with some kinds of white meat. Rebola is excellent as an aperitif for its delicate scent and fruity flavour.
SERVING TEMPERATURE 8-10 °C.

Distinctive and typical scent of the vine. It is intense and persistent, flowery and fruity with broom sensations.
GUSTATIVE ANALYSIS - TASTE
Dry, soft, with the right freshness and full. It is balanced and harmonious with an excellent intensity and flavour persistence.
FOOD MATCHING
With elaborate first courses made of fish, risotto with scallops and saffron. Second courses of fish with white sauces, turbot and bass baked in foil. Stewed white meat, chicken breast cooked with white wine.
