SANGIOVESE DI ROMAGNA SUPERIORE "RISERVA"
It comes from a particular selection of Sangiovese grapes grown on the hills of Rimini hinterland.
It is bottled after two years of accurate refining process in oak barrique (French small oak barrel).
It is intensely ruby with some garnet red glares. Its scent is ample and delicate with vanilla and spices aromas. The flavour is full and velvety.
It is recommended with roast meat, game, noble poultry and mature cheese.
It is better to uncork the bottle one hour in advance and to serve it at 18-20 °C. |
