BOTTAIO

This vine is grown in Valconca and is, most probably, the same vine as the Empibotte from the Marches. It is a highly fruitful vine, quite rustic but with modest oenological characteristics. Some samples are to be found in the area of San Giovanni in Marignano and San Teodoro di Mondaino.
