CIURLESE

It is an old vine grown in the Valconca areas closed to the Marches areas and in the last ones as well. The wine growers remember it as a rustic, fruitful variety that rarely was affected by the rottenness of the bunches. The unblended Ciurlese used to deliver a deep yellow wine, which was used to produce other wines. Various samples of this vine can be found in the area of San Giovanni in Marignano and around it.
